DADA SAHEB PHALKE AWARD (MAY 2015)

The Dada Saheb Phalke Award is India's highest award in cinema. It is presented annually at the National Film Awards ceremony by the Directorate of Film Festivals, an organization set up by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

NATIONAL FILM AWARDS (MARCH 2015)

The 62nd National Film Awards ceremony is an event during which the Directorate of Film Festivals presents its annual National Film Awards to honor the best films of 2014 in the Indian cinema. The awards were announced on March 24, 2015 and the ceremony was held on May 3, 2015.

BAFTA AWARDS (FEBRUARY 2015)

The 68th British Academy Film Awards, more commonly known as the BAFTAs, were held on 8 February 2015 at the Royal Opera House in London, to honour the best British and international contributions to film in 2014

CANNES FILM FESTIVAL (MAY 2015)

Winner: Neeraj Ghaywan (Director)
The 68th annual Cannes Film Festival was held from 13 to 24 May 2015. Here are the winners from the 2015 Cannes Film Festival.
         
In a huge boost to Indian cinema, debutant director Neeraj Ghaywan’s Masaan won the prestigious critics prize in the Un Certain Regard category, which runs parallel to the competition for the main prize, Palme d’Or, at the 68th Cannes Film Festival
